CAFOD workshops 9th October 2023

On October 9^th, we had a visit from three wonderful CAFOD volunteers (Mick, Ann and Angela), who delivered Catholic Social Teaching (CST) workshops ranging from Reception- Year 6. All the children were engaged and loved learning about the 9 key treasures of CST: Human Dignity, Common Good, Subsidiarity, Solidarity, Participation, Preferential Option for the Poor, Stewardship, Promoting Peace and Distributive Justice.  From these workshops, the children were encouraged to act when they see something good or bad, help them to think about it and choose how to act.
