Archdiocese of Liverpool Schools Singing Programme
We are delighted to share that our school has been accredited through the Archdiocese of Liverpool Schools Singing Programme. This award recognises the commitment we make to music and Catholic life in our community.
What does it mean for your child?
- Regular singing – pupils take part in singing sessions each week, not just in music lessons but also in worship and across the curriculum.
- Musical growth – children learn about vocal health, lead warm‑ups, and use musical skills like phrasing and dynamics to bring songs to life.
- Faith and culture – pupils experience singing in different languages, learn parts of the Mass, and take part in performances both in school and beyond.
- Community connection – our school contributes to wider projects such as local choirs and cathedral services, helping children feel part of something bigger.
This award shows that our school is an active member of the Archdiocese’s Singing Programme, giving pupils the chance to sing, perform, and share music together. It’s a celebration of how music enriches learning, faith, and joy in our school.
